Technical Support Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide client support and troubleshoot technical issues.



Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot client issues related to networking, hardware, data integrity, and performance
Write and execute SQL scripts and data utility programs to resolve issues
Prepare and conduct client training and documentation as needed


Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, and IIS
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Experience with accounting-based applications, preferably in Construction or Service industries
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience in teaching others and providing customer service
