Key Responsibilities
Drive the team's technical vision, roadmap, tooling, process, and
culture
Scope, design, implement, and deploy robust solutions for
infrastructure management
Innovate and implement software solutions to improve infrastructure
resiliency and efficiency
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale, distributed
systems
Proven track record of optimizing complex distributed systems
Experience building and operating infrastructure tools for
developers
Experience leading technical teams focused on operational
excellence
Expertise in Linux OS internals and systems programming
